Campus Connect Ministries

Who We Are

Campus Connect Ministries is a 501c3 nonprofit organization established to assist students and a sponsoring local church that have a desire to reach their campus by establishing a Collegians for Christ ministry on their college campus. We come alongside the students and the sponsoring local church to encourage, train, equip, and assist in establishing registered student organizations to reach the many students and faculty on their campus.

Our Distinctive's
  • Dedicated followers of Jesus Christ.
  • Connecting students to a local church while in college.
  • Passion for discipleship, emphasizing quality over quantity.
  • Strong emphasis placed on Bible study and prayer.
  • Inspiring students to be Christian leaders that make an impact on this world.

A Rich History

Collegians for Christ originated on the campus of the University of Tennessee close to twenty-five years ago. After years of fruitful outreach on that campus, God has begun spreading Collegians for Christ to other college campuses.

A Bright Future

God is moving with students and sponsoring churches excited about the opportunity to establish a ministry on their local campus. Since 2012, a number of other new CFC campus ministries have been established across the country. Other students and churches are praying about beginning a campus ministry. Pray that God will do great things!

Rooted in the Church

Our passion is to help connect students who are away from home to a local church to serve in while in college. Each Collegians for Christ ministry is, from its inception, a student initiated and student led organization sponsored by a local church in its area.

The mission is summed up from 2 Timothy 2:2 which says, “who shall be able to teach others also” and is illustrated by the mission logo. We desire that each student will in turn teach others also just as they have been taught thus becoming leaders that step up to the need of the day to impact our society for its good.

Our Mission

Our mission is to reach students by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to teach them life applicable truths from God’s Word, connect these students to other believers and a local church in the area, and for students to be leaders that impact their campus and community for its good. We want students to know what they believe, why they believe it, and where to find it in the Bible.
  • Reach – Students are reached by students in order to grow the organization. This is done through the weekly Bible study, fall and spring kick-off events, contact tables, activities, service projects, building relationships, and sharing meals or coffee together.
  • Teach – This is done through the weekly on-campus Bible study meeting, small groups, and one-on-one Bible studies. The Bible is the book used to educate students about faith, character, life skills, morals, and ethics. This teaching gives students a foundation to build upon in their academic pursuits. Questions are encouraged and answered from the Bible. We want students to know what they believe, why they believe it, and where to find it in the Bible.
  • Connect – The meetings and events of the organization promotes opportunities for students to connect with other students to build strong friendships and relationships that can last well beyond their years at college. Students that desire to connect with a local church in the area while in college are assisted in finding one. CFC connects students with opportunities to serve in various projects, events, and outreaches on campus and in the community.
  • Impact – This is where students apply what they are learning and take the initiative to become leaders to impact their campus, local community, and our world. CFC provides avenues for leadership opportunities to make a positive impact in our world.

Our Vision

Our vision is to see that each campus in America is reached by assisting students and a sponsoring local church that have a desire to establish a Collegians for Christ registered student organization on the campus. This vision is accomplished by students fulfilling the mission of each local CFC chapter.
